Direct composite restorations are a fundamental element in contemporary restorative dentistry. Despite their importance, achieving results that are both predictable and aesthetically pleasing can be difficult without a clear, straightforward process. This seminar will equip clinicians with a practical, decision-based method for completing both anterior and posterior composite restorations. The focus is on simplicity—maintaining clinical excellence while streamlining procedures. Participants will learn how to make informed restorative decisions, simplify colour and layering processes.

Learning outcomes

Learning Objectives Make confident and informed decisions during direct restorative procedures. Understand colour concepts and streamline shade selection for everyday dental practice. Apply layering protocols suited to various clinical circumstances. Use conservative strategies to reliably mask dark substrates. Utilise practical advice for achieving efficient posterior restorations. Execute predictable veneer layering, finishing, and polishing techniques.
