Learn from expert trainers with years of experience Explore a new paradigm for the new patient exam and learn how to use the Primespeak tools for existing patients Present optimum treatment to patients in a 100% ethical way Features include chat, polls and breakout rooms to ensure high engagement and interaction Skills practice training in small groups Access to a video training library for ongoing support Bring together the whole clinical team for maximum learning & effectiveness The online program runs for three weeks and will be delivered online via the ZOOM platform with chats, polls and breakout rooms to enhance engagement and specially designed videos that you can watch at your own pace. This program gives the participants several opportunities to skills practice in smaller groups where the facilitator can split the rooms with the perfect mix of dentists, hygienists and team members. * Each participant must complete the nine modules in consecutive order over three weeks, including videos and quizzes to gain access to CPD points and certificates. You have extended access to all training tools and resources for additional 2 weeks after you complete the third virtual classroom. You must attend all 3 virtual classrooms live, this program doesn’t offer a recording of the live sessions.

Brett Churnin, Maya Carson

Brett Churnin Brett is the General Manager of Customer Relationships at Prime Practice. Since he started with Prime in 2003, Brett has managed our team of coaches and personally coached and trained hundreds of dentists and their teams on all elements of running a successful dental practice. Brett is an empowering and motivating speaker who has delivered workshops to dentists in the USA, UK, Singapore, Australia and NZ for many years. He has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that dentists face when communicating with their patients and a strong commitment to helping bridge the gap between what patients think they need and what dentists diagnose. Brett is passionate about the role that Prime Practice plays in transforming the experience of owning and working in a dental practice. And he knows that with that comes the transformation of the patient experience. Maya Carson Maya is a coach and trainer with a genuine interest in people. She has a particular interest in personality, and how this affects communication in the workplace. Prior to joining Prime Practice, Maya worked in the Public Health sector and as a University Educator. Maya also applied her skills in the corporate arena with major clients including QANTAS, IAG and Symantec. Maya works with individuals and teams to develop and optimise skills, whilst challenging habitual patterns of thinking and behaving. She is firm believer that workplace performance is enhanced by developing leadership and management competencies, and enjoys facilitating clients’ insights around interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence.
