Dr Kashyap: Dr Nauv Kashyap purchased his first dental practice in 2008 with around 2,500 patients on the books and approximately $400K yearly turnover. That practice now has over 25,000 patients on the books and will turnover around $4 million in the next 12 months. Dr Kashyap has also started or bought a further 14 successful dental practices in the midst of tough competition and a challenging dental market. He is passionate about the business side of dental ownership. He first purchased two CEREC Omnicams in 2014 and has had CEREC in his practices since then, recently transitioning over to Primescan. Dr Heah: Dr Elwynn Heah graduated from the University of Queensland in 2008 and during his final year was awarded the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons prize. After working in private practice on the Northside of Brisbane for six years, he opened his first dental practice in 2014, rapidly growing the practice into a three-chair surgery. In 2015, he opened his second dental practice and followed this up in 2016 by purchasing an established practice. With the help of CEREC, he has been able to grow his practices, with one increasing its turnover from $700K to $1.7 million in 3 years. Dr Elwynn Heah offers consulting services to dentists around Australia who wish to start up their own practice.
