Using real-world examples, Dr. Saunders will outline how practitioners can meet their obligations under the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights, respond effectively to complaints, and maintain clear, defensible documentation. The session is part of the NZDA GPDP programme and is delivered via Zoom.

Dr. Isha Woodhams is a general dentist, business owner, and clinical educator with a special interest in digital dentistry, implants, and comprehensive treatment planning. She is also a past president of NZDA Hawke’s Bay and holds an MBA from Victoria University of Wellington.
