Clinical and Organisational Psychologist, Stewart Forsyth, will discuss the two dimensions of well-being and what hurts and helps these. He will also cover the research on how leaders can succeed in building well-being in their teams and organisations, and the business impacts of that.

Mr Stewart Forsyth Clinical Psychologist

Stewart trained as a clinical psychologist then as an organisational psychologist. He has worked internationally and in NZ with a particular emphasis over the last decade on coaching managers and professionals. Stewart is a Fellow of the NZ Psychological Society and of the NZ Human Resources Institute. He writes a Substack Newsletter and his most recent book is 21 Remarkable People: Lessons for Personal Growth from the Secrets of their Personalities.
