The diverse options for indirect restorative materials can make it challenging to select the best material solution for a specific clinical case. An understanding of the intrinsic material properties and appreciation of the key elements for handling the material are essential to ensure optimum clinical results. This course will cover the properties, features, and benefits of milled ceramics, milled hybrid ceramics, and zirconia, with a discussion on how to best apply the material for the optimum clinical outcome.

Dr Dennis Fasbinder DDS

Dr. Dennis Fasbinder, Clinical Professor of Dentistry in the Department of Cariology, Restorative Sciences and Endodontics, was appointed for a four-year term expiring in June 2027. Fasbinder, who is also director of the school’s Dental Faculty Associates, was appointed to represent dentists for the board.
