Dr Michael Danesh-Meyer BDS MDS MRACDS (Perio)

Dr Michael Danesh-Meyer is a registered specialist in periodontics and dental implants and returned to New Zealand in 2000 following two years in the USA where he was Clinical Assistant Professor in Periodontology and Associate Scientist in the Laboratory for Applied Periodontal and Cranio-facial Regeneration at Temple University, School of Dentistry in Philadelphia. While in the USA, he was involved teaching implant dentistry and periodontics at postgraduate level. Dr Danesh-Meyer graduated with his BDS (with credit) and MDS (with distinction) from University of Otago, School of Dentistry in

Dr Andrew Liaw BDS (Hons), DCD, (Perio)

Dr Andrew Liaw completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at James Cook University in Cairns in 2016 and has worked all over Australia in both public and private practice. He was awarded Honours for his research in antibiotics in non-surgical periodontal therapy and later enrolled into a three-year specialist degree in Periodontology at the University of Queensland. During his training, Dr Liaw was a recipient of the Australian Periodontology Research Foundation and Australian Dental Research Foundation Grants and awarded the GJ Seymour ASP medallion for his publications on salivary epigenetic
