Mr Todd Blackadder Legend
Todd is a former rugby player and present coach. He captained the Crusaders and All Blacks before embarking on a coaching career that includes coaching Scotland, Tasman, The Crusaders, Bath in England and most recently he became the first coach to win back to back titles in the Japanese A League with the Toshiba team. Todd is renowned for his honest, team comes first approach to leadership. He will be giving practical insights into how he builds a culture within his team.
