The Cracked Posterior Tooth For the general dentist, one of the most common treatment problems is the “cracked tooth”. Cracks present in many forms, full or partial, sub or supragingival, external or internal, as well as with or without symptoms. There are a variety of diagnostic tools and a variety of treatment modalities available to successfully treat cracked teeth. Dr Eilenberg will guide you through these situations using day-to-day clinical cases and show build-up techniques in bioactive and composite resin materials.

Dr Richard Eilenberg BDS MSc

Dr. Richard Eilenberg is dedicated to his profession and has an impressive list of achievements, including establishing the Cosmetic Dental Clinic in Remuera, and the New Zealand Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry, the first private teaching institution in the country with hands-on courses for general dentists. He has traveled extensively as a lecturer, in 2000 was President and Life Member of the US-based World Congress of Microdentistry and in 2001 was awarded New Zealand’s first Advanced Certificate in Dentistry. After graduating from the University of Otago, Richard moved to England to work
