Andy Davies Jenny Cooper New Zealand Resuscitation Council Instructor
Resuscitation coordinator, Tauranga Hospital and NZRC CORE instructor. Andy first qualified as an advanced instructor in the UK working for the European Resuscitation Council in 1995. Since moving to Tauranga in 1997, Andy has been working at Tauranga Hospital teaching resuscitation at all levels of staff , for GPs , GP nurses, Dental staff and other groups of allied health professionals . Andy has been part of the Medical Emergency Team at the DHB and provides help and support for traumas and cardiac arrests throughout the hospital .As such, his knowledge is based on practical experience and knowledge. Andy, until recently, has been deeply involved with the New Zealand Resuscitation Council as an assessor on the 'new-instructors' course.
