Health and Safety isn’t just a tick in the box exercise but imbedding the behaviours we have discussed in the previous webinars, to ensure long term cultural change. It is driven from the top down and that will determine the effectiveness of health and safety across your dental practice(s).

Learning outcomes

Common sense is not common, it is just a term for a subjective measure based on personal experience and perceived beliefs or misinformation. Therefore, it’s a flawed concept that doesn’t always match actual outcomes. Have difficult conversations, cultivating curiosity, and be clear on your values & mission.
