NZDA is always available to offer help when it comes to employment issues and employment advice. However, sometimes certain issues can be beyond our scope.

We have partnered with legal firm Wotton+Kearney. Who are available to provide expert advice on the more complicated employment issues.

Through this partnership, NZDA members are entitled to:

• A free 10-minute ‘triage’ phone call – for employment legal advice
• Discounted hourly rates with Wotton+Kearney – should further work be required
• Referral to an employment lawyer in the area in which you live – if not serviced by Wotton+Kearney
