Refunds will be given at the discretion of NZDA. Any refund provided by NZDA will be issued back to the credit card from which the original payment was made.
Wrong item ordered
If you have ordered the incorrect merchandise pad, please advise NZDA either by phone or email upon their receipt.
Items will need to be returned to NZDA in good saleable condition within 14 days of the original shipment date. Upon the return of your shipment, NZDA will reissue the correct goods to the address provided on your original order.
If you receive your name badge with incorrect spelling, please advise NZDA immediately. You will need to provide an image of the badge so that this can be reviewed against the original order placed. Where there has been a supply error by NZDA your badge will be re-ordered from our manufacturer and sent to you upon its receipt.
If you find you have ordered the incorrect size of t-shirt we will exchange the item for a different size within 14 days of the original shipment date.
You are responsible for the return of the t-shirt to NZDA, which must arrive in perfect, unwashed, condition.
Refunds will only be given if your individual sizing requirement cannot be met. Any refund request must be in writing and will be issued at the discretion of NZDA. All approved refunds will be issued back to your credit card, less any additional shipping costs incurred.

If you are no longer able to attend a course for which you have registered, you will need to advise NZDA of the reasons for this immediately.
More than 10 working days to course date:
Upon receipt of your withdrawal advice NZDA will provide a full refund of course fees.
Less than 10 working days to course date:
Upon receipt of your withdrawal advise NZDA will provide a refund of course fees less a 25% administration fee.
