NZ Dental Journal Editor: Murray Thomson The is the scientific and most read publication of the Association. The Journal is published quarterly on the first of March, June, September and December. It is sent free to full members. NZDA News Managing Editor: Sarah Idle The NZDA News is the general news magazine of the Association, which aims to provide information on the work and meetings of the officers, Executive and Board, as well as keeping dentists informed on topical issues relating to dentistry. The News is published 5 times a year, on 27th of February, April, June, September and November, and is sent to all NZDA members. Contributions from members are welcomed. Closing date for all copy is the 1st of the month of publication. If you have a contribution, please email it to Sarah Idle at NZDA. Advertising rates are also available from Sarah Idle.

Education Trust Programme Guide The Education Trust Programme Guide is a guide for continuing education courses, produced biennially at the beginning of February and August. All courses advertised in the magazine are NZDA accredited. For more information on CPD and the Education Trust magazine, please contact Sophia Armstrong.

Membership Book/Annual Report Published annually, usually in August. Contains address, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses of all members of the Association. For up to date information on members please contact NZDA headquarters as dentists regularly change addresses and new members are constantly joining. The Annual Report and Balance Sheet are published for the AGM which is held in conjunction with the annual NZDA conference.

• Dento-Alveolar Trauma: A desktop guide
  This 36-page guide is designed to be used as an in-surgery desktop guide for the management of the patient who has suffered a traumatic injury involving the mouth. It was compiled by Steve Manning for NZDA and ACC. Download the guide here (11MB PDF).
